*KEYS TO KNOW*
-The main event will be constructed. (Constructed = Build your own deck)-
-All players are required to know current game rules/card texts. If you do not know what something does ask a judge. Current Magic rules can be found here.-
-Proxy policy: Because the Vintage (Type 1) format has many expensive popular cards, proxies will be allowed under the following circumstances:
A) If a player owns an original copy and can prove they own it, by having it onsite for inspection, they may use a proxied version in its place.
B) Any deck using proxies must use sleeves (sleeves are available for purchase if you do not already own them).
C) Allowed proxies may in no way affect shuffling or give the appearance of being marked. Sleeved thickness should be as close to original as possible.
D) All proxies must have: full card name, all costs etc... also, either the original text or the current errata text. Current card texts can be found here.
E) All proxies must have clearly visible text so as not to be confused with another card.
All proxies will be at the Judge/Organizers discretion. If either deem a proxy to be unplayable it may not be used.-
<>Drafts, sealed deck, or other format (E.G. Type 2) tournaments will be held based on player demand.<>
